Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to everyone. Here's to a gluten free 2010. My goal (new years resolution) is to find ways to save money and still eat healthy gluten free foods!

I will be sure to post what I have found, cooked, baked and bought on a budget right here on my "Living Gluten Free in Canada" Blogspot!

  1. I would LOVE to hear what you find cheap to eat GF - sometimes I get so fed up with it I say screw it and eat what's in my cupboard, of course paying severely later. I'm in Toronto area, where about are you? Whereever it is, I'll assume we have mutual stores in common. I know Great Canadian Superstore has a lot of variety!

  2. Hello suemorton,

Thanks for the resource, but I don't have a Great Canadian Superstore near me I do have Zehrs which has a growing selection of g-free foods and a few Natural Food Stores that carry g-free flours and such.

I am a coupon clipper it's too bad that g-free companies don't give out coupons to give us a break in the expense!

Stay tuned because I am very determined to find a solution!

I have been looking for one for some time and it is great to see there is a G-Free coupon book available at last!

I looked around your blog and found it educational. Thanks!
