I would LOVE to hear what you find cheap to eat GF - sometimes I get so fed up with it I say screw it and eat what's in my cupboard, of course paying severely later. I'm in Toronto area, where about are you? Whereever it is, I'll assume we have mutual stores in common. I know Great Canadian Superstore has a lot of variety!
ReplyDeleteHello suemorton,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the resource, but I don't have a Great Canadian Superstore near me I do have Zehrs which has a growing selection of g-free foods and a few Natural Food Stores that carry g-free flours and such.
I am a coupon clipper it's too bad that g-free companies don't give out coupons to give us a break in the expense!
Stay tuned because I am very determined to find a solution!
Take Care,
Northern Girl
HI there, I can relate to the expense of gluten free food. I recently discussed this on my blog http://glutenfree-vancouver.blogspot.com. there is a great coupon book available from the Healthy Shopper, which features many gluten free porducts...one way to save. Good luck, Andrea
ReplyDeleteHere is the direct link to the post, hope it's helpful.
