Bette Hagman:The pioneer of Gluten Free Baking

Many years ago when I started to eat G-Free I found Bette Hagman's books as the only source for baking ideas.

I wonder if all the success others are having stemmed from Bette Hagman's cookbooks? After all she was The Pioneer of G-Free Baking!

I think Bette Hagman would be awe struck if she were to see how the G-Free industry has taken a turn and how easy it is to get all the G-free foods that would have helped her with a G-Free diet.
